Kirie Ring: Hydrangea

Using sublimation (image transfer onto material) to add colour to a piece.  Kirigami, like origami but with the allowance of cutting, is something I wanted to experiment with.  To challenge myself to see if I could make jewellery using that concept.

The rings are made using CAD, then turned into sterling silver.  The patterns you see on the rings were applied using sublimation.  Laser cutting was also used to intricately cut the flower shapes.
